   Autumn Walk and Tea 2013

Every Autumn we organise a walk using local footpaths followed by a tea, free for all. This is a popular event and is well-supported.

This year we decided to use the first of our Walks (found here on the website) to introduce newcomers to the area to some of the most accessible and worthwhile routes in the Parish.

Despite the rain about 19 of us  walked the route, and we were all very happy to step into the warm welcome of the Village Hall, where we had a delicious tea, and were able to chat with friends who hadn’t been able to join the walk.

Thanks to everyone for coming along, and for contributing food and helping in the kitchen.
